Victoria Falconer (she/her) is an award-winning theatremaker, multi-instrumentalist and cabaret artist of Filipino-English heritage. She is co-Artistic Director of Hayes Theatre with Richard Carroll, and the 2024 recipient of the Asian-Australian Arts & Culture Leadership Award.

Recent music direction includes My Brilliant Career (Melbourne Theatre Company), Hedwig & The Angry Inch (GWB), Ride The Cyclone (Hayes), In The Heights (Sydney Opera House) and M’ap Boulé (Performing Lines).

Cabaret work includes House of Rot (Malthouse Theatre), Parlour Night (Hayes), Smashed: The Nightcap (Sydney Festival & Auckland Festival), The Sight (Dark Mofo/Unholy Playhouse) and The Vali Myers Project (Adelaide Cabaret Festival). Accolades include two Adelaide Fringe Best Cabaret awards, two Green Room awards, and being named a Top 10 Cabaret Artist by Time Out London.
