What happens when a journalist, an analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and a sinologist and writer discuss the People's Republic of China? An intriguing and enlightening perspective on a country that is viewed with wariness, suspicion and misconception. Louisa Lim (Indelible City), Alex Joske (Spies and Lies) and Linda Jaivin (The Shortest History of China) discuss the rise of this global superpower as it exerts its influence around the world. Note that Alex Joske will be appearing via livestream from overseas.
