Anne Casey-Hardy is a Melbourne writer living on Bunurong land and has previously worked as a research librarian and advocate for families of premature babies. Her first collection of short stories, Cautionary Tales for Excitable Girls, will be published this year by Scribner.
Evelyn Conlon is a novelist, short story writer and anthologist, and is described as one of Ireland's truly original voices. Her latest novel, Not the Same Sky, is about the Irish Famine orphan girls shipped out to Australia.
Tegan Bennett Daylight is a writer, teacher and critic. Her collection of short stories, Six Bedrooms, was shortlisted for the ALS Gold Medal, the Steele Rudd Award and the Stella Prize. Her latest book is The Details.
