Mr Chicken, Horrible Harriet, Old Tom, Fiona the Pig - here's your chance to meet one of Australia's much-loved author-illustrators, Leigh Hobbs. He even has his picture on a postage stamp. Prepare to laugh out loud with Leigh and his hilarious characters who are always up to something mischievous.

Leigh Hobbs is best-known for his children's books and has won every major Australian children's choice award. Mr Chicken Goes to Paris was shortlisted for the Prime Minister's Literary Awards, is a bestseller at Paris's Louvre Bookshop, and was adapted for the stage by NIDA.

Supported by the Blue Mountains Branch of the Children’s Book Council of Australia, the Blue Mountains Library, Megalong Books and Blue Mountains Theatre & Community Hub.

This event is a free event, but we ask that you register your name and contact details so that we can manage room capacity. At least one carer should accompany children at this event: please include adults and child(ren) when you register.
