Our Refunds Policy

We know that after three years of constant change, you may feel anxious about buying a Festival ticket weeks, or even months, in advance.

So we’d like to reassure you.

If your plans change and you want to cancel your ticket purchase up to 30 days before the event, let us know, and we’ll refund you in full.

If your plans change and it’s less than 30 days before the event, we’ll refund you (less an administration fee) if the event has sold out and we can resell your ticket. Otherwise, rest assured that your ticket is transferrable. That is, we’re more than happy for you to give your ticket to a friend.

If a presenter pulls out due to illness or for other reasons, we will reschedule another presenter in their place. If you’ve purchased an individual ticket to this event, you will be able to use this ticket for the event with the new presenter, or you can choose to receive a refund.
