Whether you're a novelist, memoirist, playwright or screenwriter, finding the unique shape of your character's arc is vital to understanding the heart of your story. Join BAFTA-award-winning writer Anthony Mullins for a full day workshop exploring character arcs, one of the most powerful tools in a writer's toolkit.
Through discussion and practical exercises you will develop techniques for crafting an authentic character arc that fits your unique story.
Anthony Mullins is a BAFTA and AWGIE award-winning screenwriter, director and script producer. One of his first short films, STOP, was nominated at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival and his award-winning book Beyond the Hero’s Journey was released by New South Publishing in 2021. Anthony's play The Norman Mailer Anecdote was a finalist in the Queensland Premier's Drama Awards and performed at Queensland Theatre.
You can purchase a single ticket to this workshop (see below), or if you wish to attend more than one workshop across the Festival weekend, you can purchase a Workshop Pass.
